French doors now step outside onto a raised deck with modern balustrade, newel post and handrail. The decking has been built to fit snugly around the conservatory, and the sides have been finished with trellis screening.

We always use heavy duty high quality pressure treated timber decking with a minimum Ten Year Guarantee.
Here is just one example of a decking area on ground level as an alternative to a paved patio.

This decked area is slightly raised at the end of the garden and can be used for many purposes including dining and seating. The area is softly lit at night and is given privacy by modern tanalised timber fence panels.

An example of decking with a contemporary balustrade built above a lower terraced area which is paved in natural stone to make the most use of this previously steep sloping embankment. The decking and paved area has totally maximised the awkward space available, and new brick steps give access from the lower paved area to the raised decked area.
